Gets power but won't start. Motor is not seized. Does not appear to be the infamous sprag clutch failure. Previous owner thinks something might have chipped in the gears or starter motor somehow? Either way this has loads of good parts on it.
Does NOT come with turn signals or carbs. Tank has a small dent on the right side. Otherwise it is all there to pick parts from or to restore if you so chose.
